I enjoy helping students realise that Mathematics doesn’t have to be intimidating. My lessons are interactive, with a focus on helping students understand the reasoning behind each concept rather than simply memorising formulas. I adapt my explanations to suit different learning needs, especially when preparing students for PSLE problem sums, and encourage them to ask questions and learn from their mistakes.
I also enjoy building friendly relationships with my students and creating a supportive classroom where they feel comfortable challenging themselves and growing in confidence. Through fun activities and friendly challenges, I keep students motivated and encourage them to celebrate their progress along the way.
Patient, approachable and encouraging! Students tell me I make Mathematics easier and more enjoyable, and they feel comfortable asking for help whenever they get stuck on a difficult question.
