Programme Fees

Our primary school English single-subject programme is $240 per 4 lessons for P4 students and $320 per 4 lessons for P5-6 students.

At the primary school level, you can either opt for a single-subject tuition programme or a multi-subject programme, which can help you save up to $120/month. This gives you full access to our tuition materials and amenities.

P4 Weighted Assessments

Throughout the lessons, students will be given assessments that are weighted and timed to match the actual PSLE format, tracking their progress and pinpointing weaknesses. Beyond regular lessons, students will also gain access to a vast library of revision materials, personalised feedback, and a premium study lounge, creating an enjoyable learning journey.

PSLE Preparation & Broader General Knowledge Applications

Combining effective exam strategies with holistic language learning, our P4 English tuition helps students build a solid foundation for both PSLE and future academic endeavours. From understanding grammar rules, such as the subject-verb agreement, to summarising the main ideas of complex texts, we help students master key skills for English proficiency.

Zenith Tuition Terms and Conditions

Registration and Fees

a) The fee structure at the time of registration will apply to the student for the entire academic year.

b) Signing up for multiple subjects at once allows you to lock in the promotional pricing for additional subjects.

c) All course fees are billed monthly.

d) Students will be billed according to the calendar year, i.e. a P4 student attending P5 Term 0 will be billed P4 fees until the end of the year. P5 fees will only apply at the start of the following calendar year, in P5 Term 1.

The course fees (before GST) for all lessons are as follows;

  • Primary 4 Students:
    • 1 Subject: $240
    • 2 Subjects: $230
    • 3 Subjects: $220
  • Primary 5 and 6 Students:
    • 1 Subject: $320
    • 2 Subjects: $300
    • 3 Subjects: $280

Payment of Fees

a) All fees are subjected to prevailing GST and must be paid in full within the month.
b) Payment methods are via PayNow (Preferred) and Bank Transfer.
c) For PayNow, simply scan the QR code provided in each unique invoice.
d) Invoices will be generated within the first week of each month and sent to your registered email address.
e) Fees are payable throughout the year, inclusive of school vacation periods and public holidays.
f) The Management reserves the right to alter the fees with notice given.
g) Discounts offered by Zenith are non-stackable.
Students are eligible for only one discount or promotional benefit at any given time. This includes, but is not limited to; multiple-subject discounts, sibling discounts, and referral bonuses, which may not be applied concurrently.

Deposits

a) Students are required to make a one-time deposit of $320 per subject (Pri)
b) Deposits will be used to offset the outstanding fees in the final month of classes and any balance will be refunded.
c) Should students withdraw from Zenith, they should inform Zenith Education Studio in writing and and submit the withdrawal form 1 month before their final class. All deposits will be used to offset lesson fees.

Late Fees

a) Fees are payable within 1 month of the invoice date.
b) Unpaid fees that have been due for more than 30 days may be subjected to a $20 admin fee per month for each subject.
c) Students with unpaid fees due for more than 60 days without reason may be suspended from lessons.
d) Should you require financial assistance or payment by installments, please inform our staff so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Attending Lessons

a) Students are advised to attend their lessons regularly.
b) If the tutor is absent, a relief tutor will take over the class or arrange a replacement for the lesson in which he/she was absent.
c) Students who are unwell may be sent home for their own safety. Zenith Education Studio will work with the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) to ensure student safety at all times. If the student has attended more than 30 minutes of the lesson, no replacement class will be offered.
d) If your child is unwell, please arrange for a replacement class with Zenith Education Studio instead of attending lessons.

Format of lessons

a) All lessons are conducted physically unless otherwise stated.
b) Zenith reserves the right to conduct online lessons in place of physical lessons should the need arise.

Replacement Class / Absentee Policy

a) Zenith Education Studio will offer up to three replacement classes per term (at no additional cost) if a Student misses a class for any reason (including illness, personal holidays, and school activities).
b) To arrange for a replacement class, please contact Zenith Education Studio.
c) In the event that all classes are full or the student cannot make it for any of the replacement classes, lesson materials will be provided. Please arrange to collect the materials from the centre during operating hours.

Changing of Registered Class

a) Students who wish to change their registered classes to a different day/time may do so for a maximum of 2 times per Academic Term, subject to centre approval.

FAQ - Primary School English Tuition for Comprehension Skills & Listening Skills

What is Zenith Fee payment terms?

At Zenith, we collect fees on a Monthly basis.

The monthly payment advice is emailed to the registered email address within the first week of each month.
Fees must be paid within the same month.
Fees are payable throughout the year, including:
- School holidays
- Public holidays
** Zenith Education Studio reserves the right to alter fees without prior notice.

Should students choose to withdraw from classes, you must inform your tutor(s), contact our finance team (8822 3770) and submit a withdrawal form at least 1 month before your final class (4 final lessons). During the 4 lesson notice period, students must continue attending classes.
- Deposits will be refunded in the final month of classes after all outstanding fees have been cleared.
- Withdrawal without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

How does Zenith conduct their lessons?

Lessons are conducted physically by default, unless otherwise stated. Lessons are 2 hours per session, conducted once a week. Months leading up to students' major examinations, additional lessons will typically be provided during the holiday period.

Online lessons are scheduled at certain times to enhance flexibility and coverage, such as: Chinese New Year, Last week of Term 2, First week of Term 3, September and December holidays

Upon registration, students will be provided access to Zenith's Learning Management System (LMS) to access all online resources

** Zenith Education Studio reserves the right to conduct lessons online if necessary.

Does Zenith offer discounts?

Yes! Do follow our social media pages to be kept up to date with our ongoing promotions and terms! However, do note that discounts offered by Zenith are non-stackable.

Do we have material or registration fees?

All fees listed are nett price and we do not charge any material or registration fees.

Make-Up Policy

We ask that students inform their respective tutors at least one week in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, providing a valid reason for their absence.

We request that students attend their make-up lesson within the same week, by joining another available class. Please note that make-up lessons cannot be carried over to the following week.

If attending the make-up lesson is not possible, students will be provided with a complete recording of the lesson via Zenith's in house Learning Management System. Students are also encouraged to arrange a complimentary 1-1 consult with their tutor after watching the recording to clarify any questions and concepts taught during the lesson. The recording will be equivalent to attending the scheduled lesson.

Does Zenith offer 1-on-1 tuition?

Educators at Zenith wholeheartedly believe in the effectiveness of our group teaching in getting you that coveted A for your examinations. We do not provide 1-1 tuition, but often provide 1-1 consults to students FREE OF CHARGE, especially nearing examination periods, subject to the tutor’s availability. Students can also arrange to see teachers before and after lessons for free consultations.

Does Zenith offer offline or online tuition classes?

Zenith is conducted fully in physical classrooms. Students attend scheduled lessons in a structured, classroom-based environment that mirrors real exam conditions. This helps students stay focused, build discipline, and learn effectively alongside their peers
